Work Schedule: Day Shift (10:00 am – 07:00 pm)
About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to join our team at UiT in Narvik within the Department of Construction and Property. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and students.
Responsibilities:

Daily Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
Periodic Cleaning: Execute scheduled cleaning routines to maintain hygiene levels.
Maintenance: Attend to surfaces and furniture upkeep for longevity.
Window Wash: Ensure clear and spotless windows for optimal visibility.
Main Cleaning/Round Washing: Participate in comprehensive cleaning activities.

Qualifications:

Professional Background: Professional letters in the cleaning operator subject or relevant cleaning experience.
Equipment Proficiency: Experience in using modern cleaning equipment.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English or Norwegian, both orally and in writing.

Compensation:
The position is paid according to the state’s regulatory code 1130 cleaner. A 2% mandatory deposit is deducted from the gross salary for the State pension fund.
