Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Supervising and coordinating the work of cleaning staff

Preparing work schedules and assigning tasks to cleaning staff
Training and monitoring new employees in cleaning methods and company policies
Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding cleanliness and services
Ensuring that safety procedures are followed, and reporting any safety hazards
Assisting with cleaning duties as necessary to ensure timely completion of tasks
Preparing reports on cleaning staff performance and operational needs
Qualifications
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning or janitorial industry
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
