Physical reception of customers and other visitors
Switchboard
Information for staff about visits concerning them
Preparation of visitor badges
Identity control in the event of loss of access card and communication with the security service
Various administrative tasks: filing, archiving, document scanning, email processing, etc.
Taxi reservation
Planning management and vehicle fleet keys
Delivery tracking
Votreprofil:
Administration or secretarial training
Good command of English or Luxembourgish. Knowledge of English is an important asset
At least a first experience in a similar function
Mastery of MS Office computer tools
Excellent presentation, courtesy, taste for contact, flexibility and team spirit
Availability for immediate entry into office
